Horticultural Measurements

The HortiSpec was developed to measure the light intensity and spectral distribution in the visible and NIR range inside greenhouses.
Plant growth and the photo synthesis depend very much on light intensity and the spectral distribution of light intensity.
The light intensity can be measured with the irradiance calibrated HortiSpec in Photons or other parameters specific to Horticulture.
The HortiSpec can be connected without wires via Bluetooth® to a remote computer. The computer can then be used to control the movement of screen filters in the greenhouse or to control special lamps.
