For transmission measurements of samples of various sizes and thicknesses, the variable collimating lens holder is the perfect tool.

 

The vertical bars can be adjusted to accommodate samples up to 160mm thick. The base is made of anodised aluminum and features adjustable mount bars. Each bar has four 3/8”-24 threaded holes for AICOL-UV/VIS collimating lenses.

 

Adjusting the bars is easy, simply loosen the screws and slide. Two AICOL-UV/VIS collimating lenses are included with the variable collimating lens holder.
